I could have spent lots of time burning calories today, but
instead I wanted to get lots of other projects accomplished. My pile has been
getting higher & I’m still working through whatever is caught in my chest.
Sleeping on my back, or rolling onto my back while sleeping doesn’t have good
results. Hopefully this will clear up soon. I think that’s how the nurse practitioner
reported the process should work.
As today wasn’t a “day of rest” for squats (only for the
wall sit), after finishing up on the elliptical I worked on my day’s squats. I
also use my hand weights for a little bit.
July 5 accountability – Elliptical 2000 RPMs at 9 p.m. &
Squats Day 5 & 15 minutes of Hand Weights at 10 p.m.
