Early this afternoon I came across this photo:
Since it’s the first of the month, I figured, “Why not?”
Online commenters continued to mention the poor form of the woman in the
example. I’ve done squats off and on for a few years now so I figured I’d be
just as well to keep to the form I know. This challenge is on!
On the “normal” side of things cardio/aerobic activity is
still a part of my day. And I’m still keeping to the 2000 RPMs. I’m trying to
incorporate more of a runner’s style, & I think that helps a bit, too in
the overall training.
July 1 accountability – Squats at 12:30 p.m. & Elliptical
2000 RPMs at 9:30 p.m.
