When I came across this photo, it was definitely too late (I
think I was actually in bed!) to take
on the challenge for July 1st; however, as July has 31 days I saw no
reason why it wasn’t just as practical for me begin sitting against the wall on
July 2nd, therefore finishing out on July 31st.
Although I’ve been doubling my elliptical RPMs, with not
feeling well, etc., I felt fulfilled after just 1000 RPMs. With the squats
& wall sit, though, I’ve got something to account for today.
So there it is. I’ve incorporated two monthly challenges
into my routine. Hopefully many positive results will accumulate!
July 2 accountability – Squats & Wall Sit at 12:30 p.m.
& Elliptical 1000 RPMs at 10 p.m.
