Today was the bike at 9:45 a.m. quickly followed by the elliptical at 10:10 a.m. I also meant to visit with the rowing machine, but somehow that didn't happen. At least I ate a little bit better today.
I've been using the distance of "1000" to mark my achievement on the elliptical & trying to connect with the manufacturer (we bought it used) to learn of what "1000 revolutions" really are. I'm rather surprised that the automatic live chat (the large button on the sales screen) doesn't have information on how the distance is measured beyond that they are "revolutions".
If I were to be buying it straight from the store/manufacturer for the roughly $500 price tag it apparently has, then I wouldn't be handing over my money until I knew how I'd be calculating how far I'd "ellipticaled". (Yes, I get it, "ellipticaled" isn't a real word; but, it does get my point across.) I think it's important that part of the accomplishment is the ability to calculate one's distance & that includes actually knowing what the distance is.
At least I'm working on learning this statistic. Until then...
June 15 accountability: Biked 5K at 9:45 a.m. & Elliptical "1000 revolutions" at 10:10 a.m.
