I considered burning today’s calories in the a.m., but
knowing that I’d be home from a late evening meeting shortly after 9 p.m., I
easily convinced myself to wait it out. I’m guessing that although I’d prefer
to get my body’s calorie burning early on in the day (which would also help in
“waking it up” & assisting in keeping the continuous calorie burn steadily
throughout my day), my body is instead getting pretty used to these late day
calorie burning sessions.
I also found something online that relates to today. It
actually relates to a lot of my days; I think that’s why it caught my eye.
