Before leaving the house this morning time was spent on
finalizing my “assignment”; therefore, burning calories wouldn’t be happening
until later in the day. I learned late afternoon that my Tuesday would be
fairly free to spend my day trying to get in 5 “rounds” again. This enticed me
to get biking, or whatever I’d pick out, that much sooner once I did get home
so that I’d have a greater rest period before my Tuesday morning began.
Unfortunately, this wasn’t how my evening turned out as one thing led to
another & the clock was striking 9:40 p.m. as my feet entered the straps of
the pedals on the bike.
So much for timely relief & a break for my muscles
before Tuesday morning began. On the bright side, it could have been worse. It
could have been later on Monday
night!
Also learned during online chat session today that I won’t
be getting any closer to knowing the distance equivalence of my elliptical than
Revolutions Per Minute, or RPMs.
